  • Zahrádka před apartmány. Jelikož není v apartmánu klimatizace a apartmány jsou v přízemí, je třeba mít otevřené okno a když před okny se hlasitě baví společnost dlouho do noci moc se nevyspíte. Pokud by byla tato zahrádka v rozumnou hodinu uzavřena a zakázán vstup osob pak by bylo určitě vše ještě lepší.
